Cordon Bleu-trained Chef Patrick Dunn focuses on the sensual aspect of food by bringing his 20 years of culinary experience to the classroom; focusing on teaching new skills and techniques, as well as introduction to new and interesting ingredients, often new to most. 

Clients have come to appreciate and recommend Patrick for his ability to put people at ease with his cheeky and playfully nature. These abilities are tempered with his vast food knowledge and his knack for organization, education, creativity and attention to detail.

For the last 9 years, Patrick has been guiding people outside their comfort zones, and setting the stage for their success with his various cooking classes.  If he isn't heating things up teaching his private Aphrodisiacs for Lovers classes, he can be found at The Cookbook Company , specializing in the spice filled Hands-on Thai Cuisine, or getting couples cooking together again in the Cooking for Couples classes.  He can also be found teaching public and corporate team building classes at The Cooking Room and Red Deer College in Red Deer, Alberta.

In April of 2006, he took the plunge and registered InterCourse Chef Services.  The company specializes in uniquely crafted courses:  from simple knife skills classes to private cooking classes and stagettes to more involved hands-on cooking classes for singles and corporate team building classes.
